Average number of messages sent to AI in the month, all uses combined, per user who used the tool at least once.
Average number of conversations opened in the month, per active user.
How to read it: raw figures, with no adjustment for holidays. In September, each active user sent an average of 141 messages to AI, the highest level since January and 12% more than in June, the previous peak. The three-month change compares September with June.
The Mister IA quality score rates, out of 100, the quality of each active user's AI usage: the context they give the tool, the length and depth of their exchanges, and their use of skills, files and connected tools. The calculation method is Mister IA's own. The published value is the average across the Panel's active users: it is the “Mister IA client average” benchmark that each client sees in its own dashboard.
Three measures tracked alongside the score every month, with the same definition: message length, skill calls and uploaded files.
Average number of characters per message sent by an employee. A longer message generally gives the AI more context.
Average number of calls to skills (reusable procedures prepared in advance) in the month, per active user.
Average number of files (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images) uploaded into conversations during the month, per active user. Uploading a file means handing the AI a real working document: a contract to review, a spreadsheet to analyse, minutes to summarise.
Mister IA manages over 10,000 AI licences for its clients, Claude and ChatGPT only, and produces usage statistics on a very regular basis. The indicators are calculated on this entire base.
An active user is a licence holder who used the tool at least once in the month. All ratios are per active user, not per licence.
A score out of 100 for the quality of each active user's AI usage, calculated by Mister IA; the published value is the Panel average. Measured since August 2026.
Every figure is based on at least ten clients; no client can be identified. Updated every month; next measurement: early November 2026.
